A selection of Relevant Experience

  • Led the team on Primary and secondary data collection & analysis for the United Nations Sustainable Energy for All, on the current state of fossil fuel self-generation in residential, commercial and industrial clusters in the 20 Lagos LGA’s. The aim is to replace fossil fuel generation with renewable energy, with Vista work being the first step in development.
  • Led the team on project coordination for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the BlueLine Rail Independent Power Plant for LAMATA (Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority)
  • Led the team onIndependent Verification Agents for the installation of solar systems for productive use in peri urban settlements across Nigeria for the United Nations Sustainable Energy for All.
  • Advised the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Lagos State Government (LASG) on Energy Audit & Viability Analysis for the development and reticulation of Power to the Ilase Community in Lagos State.
  • Led the team that proferred Technical & Financial Advisory for the implementation of the Oyo State Power Development Policy that aims to provide power to clusters in Oyo State. Vista’s role is first to cluster the state into viable development units and lead the technical and financial evaluation of the developer procurement process.
  • Led the successful completion of the socio-economic baseline study and energy audit for nineteen (19) economic clusters across nine (9) states for the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) under the World Bank Funded Nigerian Electrification Project (NEP).
  • Led the research team to investigate the Federal Government of Nigeria’s contingent liabilities in the event of a revocation of the distribution companies’ licenses under a World Bank Consultancy.
  • Coordinated and successfully completed the baseline study and energy audit of 305 Rural Communities across seven (7) states for the Rural Electrification Agency and Department for International Development (DFID). The output (investor grade audit report) was to enable the REA to determine the viability and ROI of varying power solutions to those communities.
  • Project Manager on the completion of the Energy Audit of 120 industries in The Idu Industrial Cluster for the Abuja Energy Distribution Company (AEDC).
