Olumayokun, a Siemens Ag. a certified power systems technologist holds a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. In the last five (5) years, Mayokun has developed his career as a power professional working for the Lagos State Electricity Board and Vista Advisory Partners Limited. During this period, he has acquired practical knowledge in power generation & distribution, power management and civil works.
At Lagos State Electricity Board, Mayokun took active part in the power consumption audit of Magodo Phase I & II, Iponri Estate, Gbagada Housing Estate and Lagos State General Hospitals. While at LSEB, Mayokun was also saddled with the responsibility of monitoring and reporting on all metering installations at the Island Independent Power Distribution Project.
Olumayokun is a member of the Lagos State Energy Conservation Awareness Team and has recently been appointed as an Electric Bus and Distributed Renewable Energy Consultant for Sustainable Energy forAll (SEforAll).
Oluayokun recently supervised the construction of a multi-billion naira independent power project in Lekki-Lagos. He is at the moment supervising the construction of a 4.3MW independent power project in Illupeju-Lagos and a 7MW independent power plant in Abeokuta – Ogun State.
